Free delivery applies to orders over €100 including VAT delivered within the Slovak Republic.
If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery date. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Visa and Mastercard via a secure payment gateway.
Bank transfer free
IBAN SK17 0200 0000 0035 9746 0854 (VÚB, a.s.). Please state the order number in the payment reference — we dispatch the goods once the payment has been received.
Cash on delivery 2,00 €
You pay in cash or by card when collecting from the courier or at the post office. Available for orders up to €500 inclusive.

All prices in the online shop are stated including VAT. Only the delivery charge for the chosen delivery method is added to the price of the goods.
Receiving the parcel
The parcel will be delivered to the address given in the order. Please check the packaging when you receive it. If it is visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse the parcel and to draw up a damage report with the carrier.
If a parcel is not collected without prior withdrawal from the contract, we reserve the right to charge the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.
Refund of delivery costs on withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, we will refund the full purchase price including delivery costs. If you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered, we will refund delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest method — i.e. €3.00, or zero for orders over €100.
The cost of returning (sending) the goods back to us is borne by the buyer. More details in the Terms and Conditions, section 7 — Withdrawal from the contract.
